Why am I not getting my Stripe donation payments?

Stripe payouts occur on a seven-day rolling cycle and may take 1-5 business days to reach your bank account. If you are not receiving donation payouts, we recommend logging into your Stripe account to ensure you have provided all of the information Stripe requires. 

Most accounts operate on a 7-day rolling cycle, but some campaigners may have manual payout settings, which require you to initiate transfers yourself.

To check your payout schedule, log in to your Stripe account at www.stripe.com and click on Payouts. If your account is set to manual payouts, you will need to manually payout your funds. We recommend regularly reviewing your payout schedule and keeping track of your transfers to ensure you receive your donations on time.

As your campaign progresses, Stripe may require updates from you, and if you do not provide the required information, they may pause your account until you update your account.
